LOONG-860T
Our latest model, the Loong-860T, has all the advantages of the new generation of machines. It provides process safety and stability for the fully automated production of twisted pair cables. This product comes with a point braiding unit for integrated braiding of bare wire ends, which can simultaneously splice two single wires into a UTP cable (unshielded twisted pair). The expandable crimping head and rubber shell feeding mode, modular structure can provide maximum flexibility.

The biggest feature and innovation of the Loong-860T is its fully automated plug-in machine with twisted wire insertion function. By analyzing the twisting and adjusting the forces generated during the movement of the twisting upper end, the consistency of the twisting can be ensured. The machine has a high output, with two wires being processed in parallel, and the entire process is divided into two major steps, each synchronized in the best way possible.
